Ogano Sitte does well with mares with nice heads and with this he brings everything else to his offspring: his blood, good locomotion, and an innate instinct over the jumps with quick movement of the front legs with amazing scope and power. His offspring are easy to handle, ride and train. Ogano Sitte is of the Darco bloodline–a European bloodline that has produced numerous champions for generations.
His dam Ialta Sitte is herself an international winner with 71 places and victories. His grand dam Insel Sitte is also the dam of stallions Ksar Sitte (the best sire of showjumpers in Italy in 2009) and Cordano Sitte who was sold by Jos Lansink to the King of Morroco.
His great granddam Gute Sitte won the Bronze medal in the Olympic games of Montreal in 1976 under the saddle of Eric Wauters and was also awarded with the title of best showjumper in the world that year. Ogano Sitte was named the best sire of four and five year old showjumpers in Belgium in 2007 and 2008. In 2009, he was the best stallion of the SBS stud book for the six and seven year old showjumpers. Ogano Sitte has already produced over 14 approved sons and many outstanding young performance sport horses.
