Based on the Trakehner Stammstute Donauquelle vom Klosterhof, Damaschino and the Grand Prix winners Caprimond, Fidertanz and Danone combine all successful stallions of our station. Especially the combination of Caprimond with the D-blood is currently very present again, such as the international Grand Prix horses Atterupgaards Cassidy (Catrine Dufour, DEN) and Du Soleil (Kristy Oatley, AUS).
The elite mare Donauquelle presented in 1994 in Warendorf the national winner’s family of all German breeding associations. The 2nd dam, State Premium Mare Donaumärchen II, was Federal Reserve Champion Mare in 1994 and delivered the Hanoverian Stallion Donautanz with De Niro. Donautanz is the father of Daktari FBW, who won the Piaff Prize in 2017 under Lisa-Marie Klössinger and became European Champion of the U25.
The dam line brought both the S-Spring-winner and licensed stallions Donaumonarch and Donauprints, as well as the Grand Prix dressage horses Donaugold v. Distelzar (Juliane Burfeind) and Destino v. Danone (Friederike Hahn).
